Review the ZILBRYSQ REMS materials:

Agree to:

Assess the patient for unresolved meningococcal infection.
Assess the patient’s meningococcal vaccine status (MenACWY and MenB).
Vaccinate the patient if needed according to the current Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices recommendations.

3 - Submit
